There is a penis measurement called BPEL = Bone Pressed Erect Lenght. You have to measure your penis with an hard ruler, while standing up, and pushing the ruler against your pubic bone. The ruler must be parallel to ground. Then misure the NBPEL, which is the same but without pushing the ruler. It's basically the measurement of your visible penis while Erect. Then just do BPEL-NBPEL, the difference will be your fat pad thickness. Consider that: - very low body fat people still have 0.5-1 cm fat pad - normal weight people usually have 1-2 cm fat pad After that it may start to be beneficial to consider liposuction. Even normal weight people that used to be overweight could have difficulties in reducing the fat down there just with diet. The pubic area lipo was useless and INSANELY swollen / hard for months. The best thing I ever did was the chest & side of chest / upper back. It makes me look like I have defined, developed pecs, even when I stop working out. The pubic area (and I am only in my 30s) now sort of has loose skin. And he removed barely anything. Maybe 100 cc of fat was in there. But the trauma of the passes of the cannula through the area breaks apart the normal cohesion your body has between skin and bone. If your body doesn't form enough scar tissue to retract the skin, it'll be loose. IMO, it's not worth it at all unless you have a massive bulging pubic area. I only did it because I was doing many areas, and I didn't want fat coming back in the 1 area I didn't have done if I gained weight.
