I've heard guys say they wanted 30% down the whole shaft but recieved less.There are plenty of patient reports on here and it seems that even though you gave them less, they still ended up with bumps,uneven spots etc. Some even had to and want to get it removed. So there is really no logic behind giving less or more. Seems to me that there's a 50% chance the patient will end up with bumps and unevenness either way. So why not give them what they pay for? All I'm stating is that it's not fair to some guys who scraped up money to come to you because of your reputation to receive less ccs than the next guy and pays the same. It should be the patient's choice. Some patients even said inside of their progress reports about how you've decided to give them the amount of ccs you thought was sufficient enough not the other way around.. Why would he tell me i got such a relatively small amount if he lies about it? It just makes no sense. I paid the full price and he didn't try and make me feel as if he'd injected more than he did just to make me feel like I got the same as others who also paid the full price. The reason he wont inject you full of 30% is because different parts of the shaft take the PMMA better than others. From what I've seen he never injects the area below the glans with 30%, so he wont just inject you with just 30%. So yes it's 2018 and some of the same concerns are brought up from 2011-2012 but you have alot of new members who won't go back that far to read. 10% doesn't give you shit and you know it. Especially for someone flying halfway across the globe. I wouldn't have said this before years ago but now prices have gone up and men are leaving out from there with less. Now for those who are saying you pay for skill then why dr. Moreles?? If you so concerned about skill. Most of these guys don't even know her track record or to lazy to read back from when she first came on the scene. No it is't the bottom line. The procedure being offered doesn't guarantee 20 cc's, that's the bottom line. You can't argue against that. It's just a fact. If you can't afford the procedure or think it's too expensive for what ii on offer, then simply go somewhere else. You could always email Avanti Derma and ask them if they will guarantee to inject you with 20cc of 30%, but be aware that they have every right to say "no" and turn away your business. Are you surmising what you think? I saw the video "Big Like Me" Unless things have changed in his office and I quote you as saying "it's done very much like you are having actual plastic surgery and in a surgical setting" That is not a surgical suite like you would see in a hospital or even a out patient surgery setting. I have a significant medical back ground it appears no different from what you might find in almost any cosmetic spa or clinic where fillers are done.Most Brazilian Doctors inject large amounts of PMMA almost any where. Brazil is a BioPlasty mecca of the world. I have been reading researching this for over 10 years from Medical Journals and Published studies. I am actually getting ready to take the plunge to do it. I'm just more cautious most having seen so many disastrous results from cosmetic fillers and procedure first hand. I do think that a lot of people are reckless they read about something want it so bad they go and do it. I like to know as much as I can before I do anything invasive. If something goes wrong I'm prepared. I do agree that you have pay for time and skill. If you contact Dr.C office as I have in the past they stated that reason the price has gone is because the price of product has gone up perhaps Linnea Safe is more expensive. His office also a corner on the market I'm sure that is factor as well. There is nothing wrong with asking to see the product before any procedure in a clinic setting it would be a foolish not to. To bad there many providers out there go lite on product to save a buck I'm sure. I am no implying Advanti Derma does this. Bang for buck is import to most unless you unwise with money or wealthy. I do agree as I stated before Advanti Derma has market on this so they can charge what they like. You have screw loose if think that package price should be the same for everyone if one guy gets 12 cc 's of product and another gets 18cc's of product. A flat package price with a limit on product solves the problem of smaller Dick verses larger Dick one gets more one gets less both dicks are treated the same HA HA! I thought that was funny. How ever it also can viewed as predatory or discriminatory. Someone get less product because his ding-a-ling can't accommodate it but he get charged the same as the guy with the Anaconda who's Dick can accommodate it. Facts be told it's predatory/discriminatory. That is just what think. There is complete logic talking to the Doctor and accepting the fact of what in reality is safe (still kinda in uncharted territory on that one with PMMA long term on that one)and what you penis can fit etc. I'm not trying be a Dick in my posts I just try see it from both sides and offer things people should think about. I wish I would have done PMMA a long time ago when it was cheaper. I waited initially because of long term safety concerns of PMMA. I had the money twice all cash enough for 3 procedures then other things came up in my life that I had to spend the money on Dam Kids and Medical bills not cover by insurance etc at that time I shitty medical insurance and was going though a separation/Big D as in divorce etc. For the record I Love My Kids! Now I got the money again I just need to work on scheduling between work and my kids. So honestly the new pricing pisses me off. Please guys spare me the ill conceived logic on your justifications as to pricing it's not gonna stick. I'm guessing I will just go with it cause it is what it is. @Skeptical One I think the reason this comes up again because another clinic offers supposed large amounts of PMMA at a set price. People read that and they are like WTF! I would never go there or endorse them or their proprietary form of PMMA they say is trade marked. I found no documentation of this product anywhere I even called them out on this in series email exchanges they totally just ignore my questions stated it's trade marked and manufactured in Italy. One person I spoke on the phone to implied that Avanti Derma (not stated directly but referred to the other clinic in Tijuana) watered down their PMMA. I asked if they had proof they said not really I was pretty much done with phone call at time. I wasn't impressed. I asked if they had published information on the product they used they never answered. I also found no trade mark info anywhere after many searches. My forum has been built around the transparent exchange & presentation of information, relying on straight-to-your-face real life experiences instead of penis-pill popup ads. My forum does not push anything, our users, however, may largely have benefited from Dr. C's practice --> word-of-mouth propagated by independent users is not the forum's fault or responsibility. That's like criticizing Yelp the company for a good or bad review of a restaurant. They are here to help support the forum financially and they've all been told that I'm under no obligation to censor material against them or to shill positively for them. Never said you or anyone was "dumb." Was instead perplexed by the 100th inquiry demanding Avanti Derma reveal products/boxes/cc's/etc when they've only become increasingly transparent over the years. Hell, with this forum's exposure, they had become increasingly obliged to come clean and it appears they've maintained that as it pertains to their products/materials/boxes/etc. I'm equally perplexed when members pursue state-side physicians like Dr. Elist & Dr. Loria and don't challenge the clinic for information/patent-proof/products/cc's/etc but are quick to question the professionalism & ethics of doctors abroad. Not saying you're doing this, but by first-hand accounts we know that most state-side patients seldom report demanding nearly the same from international physicians. Anyone who has sought north of 4 rounds is likely doing Revision/small touch-ups and not full sessions. The real "keep them coming back" business is in temporary fillers. Hence why the American market bashes permanent fillers, it potentially eats away at return-customers. Some people may be salty that they didn't get 20cc's in the first round, but hats off to Avanti Derma if they're actually reining back what some considered questionable years ago (initial over-injecting which lead to increased aesthetic issues). The idea that they may be saving a few bucks here or there because they opted with 15cc's instead of 20cc's is what's truly ludicrous. You can see right here within many years of progress reports about changes in methodology & technique that the best approach is to make a game-time decision once your unit is examined on an actual procedure table. Until a credible member has witnessed product/device tampering at this particular clinic, such musings on topics like these are trivial when there is nearly a decade of progress reporting. She also take a sticker (I guess there is a set in every box) with a batch number and stick into the paperwork she keeps about me.. Also as someone mentioned she really only wants to do 10ml each round but has started to give for pressure and is doing more.. PMMA is so cheap for someone like Dr C, that the idea of him skimping to save money is quite frankly absurd. I think more should be posted on the origins of the PE procedure, by the likes of Dr Nacul etc, so people start to understand the importance of using smaller amounts, especially for the first round. In my opinion 10cc is a more appropriate amount for the first round and I think that is what most of the Brazilian Dr's and Dr N recommends. It kind of lays the foundation and gives the Dr and patient and better idea of how well the product does in their anatomy. As I understand Dr C' is prepared to inject up to 20 cc per round. It's not the PMMA you are really paying for as I doubt he pays more than $40 per cc. It's the time, skill and the fact he uses an assistant. You don't just walk in, take your pants off, have a bit a antiseptic wiped on and then have him inject with a needle for 10-15 mins. Even though it's a non surgical procedure, it's done very much like you are having actual plastic surgery and in a surgical setting. It isn't an "in and out" kind of place. Each appointment is booked for 2 hours. Before anyone starts ranting, check with those who have had HA with a needle etc and see if they get the same level of attention. I'm sure we have enough Dr N patients on the forum who will confirm that ideally she'd like to use around 10 cc on the first round. There is a reason for this. You can't predict how each individual will react to the filler, as everyone's penis is different. You are paying more for Dr C's time, skill and the fact he uses an assistant, than you are the actual PMMA.
