In my case having had PMMA, I didn't notice any changes but I didn't have any prem ejac before. When I had the stupid elsit implant, it caused so much pain that is actually made it harder to finish and the orgasms were much more subdued and short lasting. My first two rounds of JUST PMMA- NO, however when I did the Corona enhancement on my 3rd round- YES. For me, this was a really good thing.
