Weight it out man. Do the lumps effect any function. Erection quality? Urinary function? Your Foreskin? Your as-ethics? Flaccid or Erect? If its not broke you may not want to fix due to potential complications. Penis's are all different. I'm sure like most men you have the ideal Cock in your head. A lot of the time what we shape in head is never the reality of the situation. How have your partners reacted? Just go slow and do research.

Since last round i had a big bump, it's super obvious to me - but no girl really noticed.
