One, while it is too late for me, I think Post Surgery I would recommend trying the chest harness for the ESL40 stretcher. Instead of stretching down try stretching UP. I think gravity plays a roll in the product migrating to the glans area and if you can thwart that by having it pointing up- I think it would be for the best. Comments?? Also.. I always thought PMMA could not migrate to the underside of the penis. In pictures it's drawn as a semi round sleeve with nothing on the bottom. Fellas, it CAN migrate to the underside- especially if you have loose skin under your glans. Keep this in mind when you are massaging. Those are my thoughts for now, hope they help.
