See the picture, that's with Hanging it on the toes.. but i need something higher! What could i use, hmm, only have 5 days left edit: i got it. camera stand. See second picture. The skin needs elasticity to accept the product and your pulling it so tight - I can't see a good outcome. Make sense? Although, on the other hand, I have this thought if it worked your flacid hang would improve a lot if you could stay stretched while it set in place. Interesting thought for sure. The main idea is for it to mold while stretched, so it doesn't matter if it is stretched during. As long as it is stretched during the *molding* process. Additionally, depending on the doctor's technique, having it in a stretch position might make some angles difficult. However, there is the benefit of having it in a fixed position, which allows the doctor to focus on the implementation, without needing to hold it in place. Why too much tension? It's just stretched so much that the penis does not fall but is 'in the air'. I think it's less stretched than being Erect. And erections are encouraged in the aftercare. I mean - put PMMA in and then stretch it in aftercare - vs make it stretched and then put it in -> what's the difference, it gets stretched in tension anyway? It seems to me a much better setup to PMMA in than in Flaccid state? I mean a Flaccid penis seems unpredictable, but here stretched out straight ahead it seems one sees everything perfectly. @Chester I would want it to stretch up in aftercare - cause i would like my Erect look up more and i would like everything i can to encourage that. I was busy all weekend, so couldn't do the revised drawing, but in essence, you'd gerryrig the ESL to hang straight down between your knees, while affixed to both knees, thus enable you to still walk, and do basic pedestrian tasks. However, being in the seated or prone position, would be optimal. The main thing is to keep the stretch consistent, so the filler can mold in a extended position, thus maximizing length. The end results is a longer, fuller and more evened-out size with reduced, or even eliminated, occurrences of bumps and nodules. In essence, an optimal result. So Heimdall went ahead and actually tested this approach. As you pointed out, the visual result was spectacular.The only thing is, he went overboard, by hanging weights.
