If you really are serious about this you really need read those to prepare your self. From what I read here and the medical studies I have found online it's pretty much permanent with very minor diminishing returns years later. It's so permanent that surgery is required to remove it. I have read all the patient threads. I have read the longer more in depth ones multiple times over and over to prepare myself for when I finally decide to do it. It is a viable option to increase the Girth of your penis but like any invasive procedure no matter how minimal there are risks.
