The way he goes about his "mission" and the impatience (and his reactions when the other methods fail) contrasts sharply with the general message and mantra of this board--do your research first, and be patient and consistent. How many people on this board have described temporary losses in size on their journeys? Not sure how much of it was amped up for comedic effect, but there's a limit what the camera can conceal. He even drove away his wife, who ostensibly was okay with his sexual performance aside from his size confidence issues. The other impression that I got was that Dr. Cassavante's practice at Avanti Derma was extremely professional and competent--helped me make the decision to go ahead and schedule an upcoming appointment. This, after YEARS of lurking on the board and watching while other procedures (elist, FFT, dermal implants, dermal matrix) came and went in popularity as the long-term effects started cropping up. It was just kind of a shame that the way the document was produced that it made PMMA seem like the panacea to solve his problems. It might for a while, but I have a hard time believing it will. Imagine if he was doing this when there weren't adverse reports circulating on the Elist implant. Fascinating thing to watch, nonetheless.
