Really difficult. Probably varies from person to person, but had the impresion it is 3 days. Will take it off tomorrow evening then. Just afraid I get retraction and it settles like that. Much more sore/stingy feeling today, but that was expected.

Thanks. Everyone seems to be of the same opinion, but is not paraphimosis a real concern with this? Will need to wait until monday to unwrap to avoid retraction and follow instructions. George, this is your circ scar area? Same thing happened to me. Looks exactly the same my friend..
If you take your thumb you can actually push down and spread the fluid out more evenly. I did that every day- but to be honest, it's inflammation that just needs to heal from the trauma you went through.
I am not a doctor-- I am just re-laying what I saw with myself. This literally took 5 weeks to totally go away for me.
At around weeks 3, I woke up and it was almost gone.. then it came back.. then it moved areas- more swollen on top than on bottom, then eventually uniformly got better.
Again, this isn't a diagnosis- but in my opinion, nothing to be worried about. I wish I took pics of mine to show you.. When I emailed Ian, he had me do 600MG of Ibuprofin for 3-4 days.
Post surgery I have MUCH less elasticity in my "Foreskin"? Do I have Foreskin? I'm circumsised.. I think we are using the wrong term- but let me explain
Before surgery I could take my Dick skin flacid and pull it up and over my glans. Now, that is impossible.. Everything is tighter, and if you think about it it makes sense.

Also afraid to use ESL m40 due to this, but the liquid seems to have so much weight that I do not ave problems with retraction. Afraid to get a hard-on since I fear blood will be trapped. Does not hurt, put is very tense.

It looks like regular swelling where the fluids just accumulated at the lowest and least resistant part of the shaft. I'd wait another day and it will get better once the wrapping is removed. Perhaps take some Ibuprofen if ok with your Dr.

More worried now since my glans/penis head seem swollen and the Foreskin really pushes in. Anyone heard of paraphimosis due to PMMA? Also sore skin and impossible to get the Foreskin forward. Did all you other guys have your Foreskin backwards like me and impossible to get forward? Sorry for re-asking, but freaking out!

I am not circumsised at all. It is my actual Foreskin. Took some ibuprofen. Have a red sore line at where the skin pushes towards the bandage due to the massive pressure.

Really unsure. With the swelling and the wrapping I do not retract and have a good hang. Due to swollen Foreskin it would be really difficult to use my ESL40. Dr N said I should keep the wrap for 72 hours and minimum 48 hours. My initial plan was to have it on for 36 hour and use esl40 the entire time. Then massage unwrapped 5 times a day with the technic she showed me. Now due to the Foreskin I have big problems using the ESL40. Keeping it wrapped for 3 days to avoid retraction like naginati says seems the most reasonable as it is now. He said unwrapping caused retraction and that and difficulties using the esl40 would be really bad for a Grower like myself. I see your point with ridges, but rather that than full retraction/turtlig while it settle. I had a plan, but need to adjust it seems. Will press on the entry point after 48hours with a bit more force. Can see it due to small amount of blood.

Think mine was even worse than that first round.I couldn't pull it back for about a week.

Yeah, I read your other thread and knew right away I misunderstood-- I think because now it LOOKS like your circumsised now! I think the other guys need to chyme in on this that have foreskins.
But I can tell you 100% I had that exact fluid build up right under my glans. It was nerve racking for sure.

I don't know what to think about wrapping or unwrapping.
I never used an extender.

If you don't unwrap you can't see the layout of the PMMA. I think you need to unwrap to sort it out before it sets.

But if you unwrap then it's hard to re- wrap. It was for me.

I can't move the PMMA after the 2nd day.
