The only thing I would suggest is to have it done a few days beforehand. It takes a couple days to start working. I had a lot of retraction and since Phollotox and scrotox it is much much better. No issues at all with erections either. Another procedure that Avanti does is PRP. I have no way to compare but have also had it done with rounds one and two. I am shocked how fast I heal. It is seriously like two days. Relaxation of the penis with botox injections. Since one of the biggest worries post PMMA surgery is retraction, it looks like this is a procedure to help with that over an extended period of time while you heal. I did not get this on round 1, I didn't notice it on the site at that time. Anyone do this? Thoughts about the procedure? At face value it sounds like a great idea.
