If you are ok with getting PMMA, then I don't think FFT is a bad idea as it can act as a base to some degree and mean you need less foreign body material. We have 2 members IDM and JAB who had FFT and then PMMA. IDM had his FFT with Giunta. Actually as I type this I've just remembered BigJohn also had FFT with Giunta and then PMMA with Dr C. If you've already had a round of PMMA stick with PMMA, as fat is more unpredictable. Also FFT is much more expensive. But an FFT top up with Giunta is pretty cheap (about $1500 if I remember correctly.) So even if NahimSayin gains just 0.25" from it, it's still pretty good value and gets him that bit closer to is goal, but without using foreign body material. You could then have PMMA over it to make it feel more natural. If you go and get PMMA, the chances are that to achieve what you want, you'll need to 2 rounds. So personally I'd go one more round FFT, then wait 6 months and finish of with a small round of 10% PMMA. I wasted 5 years and tens of thousands of '/$ and I'm in a way worse state than I'd have been if if I'd just left the fat and had PMMA. Interesting strategy, thanks for that. A couple of questions--approximately how much avg Girth should be expected from 1 FFT round, and how is the firmness/feel when Erect? How long did yours last before you started having issues?
