Dr. Oates. I had one first big round with Dr. C. But it turned out really bad due to aftercare or whatever. I then had 3 more procedures with Dr. Cho in Korea. But not necessarily to add more Girth but to just make it even from the first procedure. This ended up adding unwanted more Girth in order to make it even. I then had 2 touch up procedures with Dr. C to further attempt to smooth it out. Those were mostly silcon1000.

In hindsight, I should have gone back to Dr. C for my second procedure and I'm sure he could have used the cannula to break up areas and smooth it out better than Dr. Cho did. He didn't use a cannula at all, he uses needles.

I hope to see Dr. C again and I'm going to discuss breaking up areas with a cannula and see what can be done further since the 'smoothing procedure' hasn't helped really. I really need the procedure done with a medically induced Erection because that is when the hard lumps are most apparent.

For now, I am using DMSO and apple cider vinegar with hopes I can make it softer and more natural.

Don't bother with the steroid cream I personally think that would be completely ineffective, also you can't use dmso at the same time as having steroid injections, do one or the other. I know you've already used dmso, so maybe try the steroid injections for 6 months and then stop have a month off then go back on the dmso.

I had some of the worst nodules I think I have seen on here first round. Never really posted about it in detail as I decided to no longer update my progress thread as most users only cared about gains. Major success using canula to break it up in subsequent rounds. Now absolutely feels real and natural, no sign of the nodules anywhere. I would have never thought I would have been able to get mine to look and feel like a real Dick again. No way I would ever even consider surgery without several attempts at breaking it up with canula. For me canula + 20% worked perfect. Conceptually I would think using a canula + BSA or carrier to induce swelling to help move product would do the trick.

That sucks... yeah, I know the feeling of having all that crap in them. You have to be careful when it's removed too because I had major issues with wound healing, because the PMMA sort of convinces the body the wound is closed, when it is still open (since PMMA creates scar tissue).

When did the lumps form? Which product did you have?

I will see if I can get some specifics fro the beast about using the cannula to break up Nodule. Good luck - it sound like Dr C can do the job.

Thanks for the replies. My problems seem to be mirroring your past issues restoration. After reading your detail Nodule report, thanks, by the way, I guess I'm gonna keep trying with DMSO for now. I will consider the degloving in hopes that a doctor can carves and take down the big lumps. Not sure it would work as I envision.

I'd rather it not come to that but I can't take these lumps anymore because I have had women comment on them while giving me BJ and especially when getting an HJ with lube. Feels like wanking a bunch of gravel and chewed gum. There are some areas that feel fine and I would be elated if the whole penis felt that way. I assume that is how the guys with good results penises feel. If you are unlucky and the PMMA clumps anywhere, you will have hard lumps. SO preventing that is key.

Having done the Steroid/5FU injections a few times I was disappointed with the improvement. I guess if there is 30% plastic under there it is not going to be dissolved by steroid. There should be some shrinkage though.

Basically go to a Dermatologist/doctor or surgeon
(Your local doctor should be able to do it)
Get them to inject 0.1 to 0.3 ml directly into the scar, and this should be repeated every month
Because you had PMMA it should be done sterile and you should be given antibiotics.

I started a 5" Girth... I've spent well over 10K so far and it will surely be that much for Removal.. So 20K later and I'll back to a 5" Girth Dick, years of turmoil and lost experiences. I'm extremely jealous of those on here that had great results. Enjoy it and don't go overboard with more procedures.

I have a few lumps myself and i bought dsmo but I didn't exactly start using it yet. Maybe im weird but I've gotten use to it I know to woman or anyone else it would seem bad but I sorta embraced it. I have a 2cm Nodule on the right side thats very noticeable and that sucks but on the bright side it does add onto my Girth ik that sounds messed up. The next one is very small maybe about 1cm that could almost be passed off as a vein. I just plan to use dsmo and then after hopefully Dr c could camouflage it but if not I'm not worried or stressed about it nd my wife doesn't really complain.

I don't think I can continue like this because if I can't even get hard and avoid sexual situations, what's the point?

Thanks. What are the techniques used to inject it and how much? Do you massage it after? More info please

I can only see the cream online. Wondering if this would be good? Maybe with some DMSO.

This is a great thread from a member named restoration. I have very similar problems as he did. Two hard masses that resemble hard chewed gum that has been sitting out (as he put it) describes it perfectly. Hope I don't need to get excisions.

Dr. Oates is right....well, at least that reflects my experience. Injections really didn't help. They might have reduced the swelling and size of the Nodule, but then it got smaller and harder- where the PMMA is clumped together and the steroid can't affect.

Steroids only help swelling and it's gonna be gone after 6 months. 5fu is mostly effective at the very start to prevent the formation of the tissue around the PMMA. It didn't do much after a couple months.

How many rounds of PMMA have you had? Have they tried to blend it with maybe lower % PMMA? I have a patient we are trying to hide the nodules with Ellanse. It was really hard to inject the product because of the scarring/collagen in there. I am sure it is a much higher risk procedure than just injecting HA in a natural penis. Still waiting on the result.

I really wanted my last procedure done with Erection. Dr. N only does with Flaccid though. Whereas my lumps were more noticeable during Erection, you could clearly see them during Flaccid. I personally think Flaccid is best for breaking up nodules because it is easier for the Dr. to move the canula.
