I bought it online. See my thread titled DMSO gel vs liquid. A few posts in that thread with good info.

I won't ever do it again. The physics of the vacuum power caused the internal stuff to move towards the path of least resistance, namely the top of the cylinder where the hose is attached. That gave me more of a pig in the blanket look, and brought the PMMA closer to the surface, which shows as lumps. I'll post a pic soon so as to show what I mean.

I have a narrowed bas on one side (right) and I did pump a little 2 weeks after. However, the left side is fine. I'm wondering if how you stick your unit in your pants makes a difference.
I also have a lot of bumps and ridges after round 3 and will probably need a smoothing treatment sometime.

I also wish I never pumped post op. It definitely moved to product. Luckily I had such small amounts it's not a big deal, but there are a couple of areas that aren't how I'd like them to be and I'm sure it's due to pumping.

I did as instructed, no more than 5Hg 5 minutes on, rest 5 minutes, and repeat two more times. I used a Kaplan pump with the vacuum gauge.
I've been using DMSO gel now, and it seems to have softened up the whole shaft somewhat to where it looks tolerable to me now. I may not want to touch up if by using this for two weeks, the irregularities dissipate.

I also pumped for 2 week post round one. I did find my base narrowed as well. One thing it definitely helped with was a Nodule I had on the left side 3/4 to the base. It was hard 7 days post -op. After 2 weeks of pumping the Nodule slowly got softer, and now has disappeared.
Unless I have another Nodule develop this round, I will not pump until 8 weeks post op.

Pumping caused the penile skin to develop bumps and UN-evenness. It took a few weeks after stopping pumping to go back to its previous state. I never did it again, for me there was no need.
I know Dr C recommends it now, perhaps it depends on one's anatomy!
It doesn't depend on your anatomy. He recommends it because he's wrong about it. The same way he's wrong about recommending people have a Circumcision before his procedure.
