I use water with it and little bit of conditioner in the tube and on my shaft while in the shower. When pumping not in the shower I use water based lube (less sticky and easier to clean). I prefer water as my Cock comes out looking better and it also gets me where I need to be size wise, sooner. In regards to how long you should pump this is trial and error man. I've been doing it long enough I know my body and equipment well. Personally I keep mine on roughly 30 mins, go about my morning routine and I pull it right before my shaft fills the tube at my circ scar. If I fill the tube beyond my circ scar my Dick looks very fake and I get a huge donut. Looks funny in locker rooms or in social nude places, looks like something is wrong with it. We actually just got back from 3 different clothing optional resorts yesterday and I pumped before each day. Nice to feel and look much bigger than most! After pumping my Flaccid hangs at 5.5-5.75 lengthx5.35 width. If I will be nude all day I will generally need to top things off after 6 hours. I can stay very large Flaccid for 2 hours. One morning by the pool sunbathing I had a group of 3 single women that kept turning around and gawking, they thought I was asleep. One even made a motion with her hands to the others of it's size, it was halarious. Major ego stroke! Talked to Morganstern's office. and they recommended I start pumping ..said it would continue to help improve blood flow to fat. might even help small lump...I wasn't advised to do this by either doctor I had procedures with. ..Dr M.
