TOPIC: PMMA & Foreskin: Problem and Solution (?)

The responses were fair. If the catheter component is removed, and the unit is removed for urination, breaks and sleep, it may work.

This is completely unrelated to Dreams post but I just thought I'd give everyone my opinion on Foreskin restoration.
Basically if you plan on doing it don't expect a huge increase in sensation, it obviously might improve a fraction, but not much.
I had a partial Circumcision and still have have half a Foreskin yet I've lost almost all the sensation, I really don't think when I have the rest of it removed il lose anymore sensation because I've already lost most of it, I think the tip of the Foreskin is the most sensitive part, and Foreskin restoration just involves stretching the shaft skin which isn't that sensitive to begin within.
I can completely see how how Foreskin resto would give you a psychological boost if your unhappy with having a short Foreskin or with being Circumcised, and obviously in Dreams case it might be beneficial for his PMMA procedure.

Neither sizemic nor I can compare with the true 'King'. That guy is like 11"+

I guess this would be very good - i think only rolled down foreskins that sit under the penishead are the problem (on the other hand, when one is erect in first 3 days, then foreskin will go to this area, so the problem is there also).

In his case, he had a special effect: when hard, now the foreskin sometimes goes forward over the head - because his shaft is bigger. I guess this can only happen when the forehead stays over the had in the days when pmma forms.

In erect picture foreskin area is tighter, and after it the thickness starts. I think it looks goood.

Conclusion:
I guess with foreskin you cannot place pmma as near at the penishead as you can.
This is not ideal, but can still be an aestethically good result.

My foreskin is in a way it coveres about half my penishead, i guess it's an atypically short foreskin.

Now when being swollen, my foreskin did not go over my penishead - it was 'stuffed' before the penishead. I think this was universal to foreskin-guys. But as seen here: It seems everybody else had foreskin over the penishead when swollen.

Most had just one round. (for money reasons or one was not so happy)

Looking at my own dick after first round of pmma and your pictures,
and looking at eg mediatps pictures ( phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/pmm...lp-8524956?&trail=15 with great pictures right in the first post also showing this thing!) this seems to be the case:

- You basically can't put pmma in the area where the foreskin rests. Or: even if you put it there, the foreskin rolls back on there and presses the pmma down.
Then also the swelling comes bigtime (Stop swelling through Ibuprofen?) and foreskin is also swollen and sits there and presses inward in this area even more.

- The thought crossed my mind to get my foresking cut off. On second thought I don't want to do that, this thing was designed by nature. Also read some study that females with partners with foreskins where happier with sex somehow. And you can't even jerk off without lube? That is just some vague information, considering this would take massive research, I am not considering it really right now.

- Idea of Solution to the problem:
Put a wrap on that fixes the foreskin to the penishead
Put it on before the procedure.
1. Foreskin gets compressed and cannot fill up with fluid
2. Foreskin does not bundle up in the area before the penishead and press inward

Problem solved!

Challenges:
1. How to do this wrap? In the picture I just took adhesive tape. What are better ways?
2. Removing it and putting a new one back on after every erection ' which one should have. So ' eg hourly erection pauses?
Biggest problem: Erections in sleep
It sounds not feasible at night? Which makes it not feasable at all?

An alternative to wrapping could be something that 'hangs' the foreskin and pulls on it?
Is there anything out there?
For guys eg trying to regrow their foreskin?


CONCLUSION
- Right now I am wondering how it will look if I put more and more pmma in there and this top of the penis stays this thin ' I guess it's not so good. On the other hand
- no final conclusion right now

It can also eventually be worn at night, they ask for flaccid and erect width of glans (one can just send pictures with ruler)
It can also be a 'stretcher'. (Therefore it could also be stretched upward, perhaps that is even better for less fluid to get into foreskin)


So the idea is:
1. Put it on before the operation.
Ok, that's probably not good. Probably Dr N is not used to it and you cannot really see where glands begin.
Perhaps speak with Dr N about it. I guess she is used to it, because she does guys who have totally much foreskin that covers the whole glands. So i guess she can see everything.

2. Put it on right after the operation
Idea is that the bundled up foreskin right below the glans does not press all the pmma downwards. Like in my case.
Also: It presses foreskin together, so i guess no fluid can gather there.

Now this sounds terrible - Dr C recommends only one Round for uncircumsized guys. Because Foreskin movement fucks up PMMA in the first 3 days or something.

Dr N doesn't even ask if you are uncircumsized, i think she assumes you are because it's europe and basically everybody is. And her standard she sells is 3 rounds with 30% (although less ml than Dr C).
