You'll have the same tight area after PMMA. I do. Have roll Foreskin back like a condom. Itvalso makes putting a condom on a bit tricky. Have to roll Foreskin forward, put condom over head and the roll it back with condom to get over the sudden ridge. Also, def wait until the HA has gone. Make sure it binds to the corpus cavernosum and not the HA!

yeah i noticed that too which is pretty cool and coincidental! I'm contemplating getting the HA dissolved but I guess I should wait until I have at least had a response from Dr N and closer to getting my first session booked in. I'm also not sure how long the process of the getting HA dissolved takes either.

I have just read your progress report man and its all very helpful. Sounds like you have gotten some decent gains and a good base to build on for future sessions. I'd be really interested in seeing how round 2 turns out for you. All the best with that, do you have it booked in yet?

In terms of the Foreskin issue i am just curious about how the aesthetic will look with PMMA in the top half of my penis. The problem i have is that the tighter area of Foreskin for me is actually about an Inch to and an Inch and a half down from the base of my glans. What I wouldnt want is there to be no gain there and then suddenly an Inch and a half down my penis it suddenly gets wider with a clear ridge. I guess I could leave the Foreskin in its natural state (tucked up tight underneath the head, see photo above) for the first couple weeks and avoid pulling it down the shaft (other photo above) to make sure the PMMA has time to settle further up the shaft. I would then worry that it would be harder to pull the Foreskin tight back down the shaft though.

Btw my bad reaction around the foreskin in R1 is why I won't be getting any more. I have lose foreskin that retracts easily and I believe more could result in pernament lumps. Not worth the risk.

You stopped after Round 1 because you feared exactly this thing, that it will be weird because it will stay thin in the area of the foreskin?

Yea, i think not putting it at the base is good for aesthetics. In a way that when i am soft, it looks like the whole penis is pretty much the same girth, cause everything is pushed together. Now when i have an erection, i see that the base is thin. I saw it most when it was maximum swollen at something like day 2 or 3. I guess if you put in pmma also at the base and then the penis when it's soft gets mushed together somehow and this can lead to strange forms and pushing pmma together and stuff like that?
Reklaw i guess explained it and i vaguely remember what i wrote. And that Dr C prescribes Flomax to make flaccid hang longer for healing. Basically Dr C puts more in and Dr N less at the base which is less risky for aesthetics.

But it's interesting question. Could Dr N even do it.

I have a bathmate and when i pump the skin does stretch although it then returns to its natural tight state once the pump has gone down. I feel like if PMMA was put under the tight area it would potentially stretch the skin out but the fact that it is naturally tighter than the skin around it, might cause unwanted compression over the time everything is settling in. I dont want to end up with a permanent ridge that far underneath the glands.

Maybe I can ask Dr N to apply less product here and naturally taper it down to the base. Then see how everything settles after R1. How easy was Dr N to talk to and discuss things with. Could that be easily explained to her do you think?

Hi thanks man, has your skin stretched at all with the PMMA and did you have filler injected above the tight area? I don't suppose there are any pics available of how yours looks now after PMMA?

In my case (in your case also?) it was this:
Swelling all around. Foreskin swells so much that it
1. goes not over penis head anymore but more towards shaft and sits there
2. because it's so swollen, the foreskin is so fat, it presses inward into the penis and presses all the filler out

My not-fully-thought-out idea to prevent this was to
before or after procedure (+before swelling) to have some device that stretches foreskin over the penishead -> then it does not go back and do this bad stuff

Anyway, i will make further picture updates and make following rounds, so you and everyone can see if this will ever be a problem in my case.

The alpha blocker is 'Flomax' and I got it from 'Boots' online.

They phoned me up to ask questions about why i needed it. I lied and said it was for urinary problems.
