I'm using Phallosan but I have to constantly adjust it to make sure it doesn't close / stays in the green limit instead of just putting it on and not worrying about it. It is comfortable but ideally I want to wear this under my jeans at work vs at night. Something I can securely strap onto my leg or chest would be better. I tried moving the Phallosan belt up and down in various positions but nothing seems to stay put! You are up there on Girth if I remember so does that make it easier to hold on place because a lot of others said it did not hold well. I'm using a big ass masterlock Hanging off my gland all day for now... it works.. I wrapped the masterlock in theraband so it holds really well. If you want something cheap and easy to pee with The good old master lock has worked really well for me. So far, so good. It is a typical cage type device and holds the penis in a slightly stretched position for hours on end without any blood flow issues. Down side is you have to wear pretty baggy pants or someone will see it. No jeans or shorts. And keep in mind that to see even small results you will need to use this daily for several months, years in some cases. Be patient.
