To guys reading this who want PE gains, this is the kind of dedication you need to have. The reason why many of you fail is because you simply lack of this kind of dedication. On the one hand I sympathize because it is so damn hard to gain length, and it almost feels like it shouldn't have to be. But it's just the way it is right now, and you have to go through a seriously long and tedious process to get results. It all comes down to whether it's worth it for you.
