I wish I could help, but I don't see anything positive from the surgical aspect. I would recommend a stretching device, but not everyone gets great results. I grew 1/2 Inch Erect from stretching for 5 hours a day for 4 1/2 months.....if I would have stuck with stretching for several years, I really think I could have gained 1 1/2 inches in length total. But I wanted fast & furious & got it wring with the Elist implant. Stretching is the way to go as of now. There are different ways to go about enhancement. For lengthening you can go the manual route and use a stretcher. For Girth, there are some good doctors who have been reported on the board. I recommend going for a consultation with Ian Eardley or David Ralph, ask them about fat injection.
