First of all, this is my first thread I have ever made so I wanted to make a thread for long time but I told myself let me learn about penile enhancement. I have learnt a lot on this forum well thanks to the moderator and even to users for providing me a useful information about penile enhancement. I would want to have a penile surgery because I had been doing extender and pump but I don't see any improvement yet so that I need to discuss with people to give me their reasonable opinions and experience.
