reklaw all you ever do is bash every method besides Ellanse (which is by no means safe or proven), really annoying

Tropical, Reklaw is simply sharing his opinion, which he has every right to do. This is a forum. That is his opinion on FFT. You have yours, which you can freely share here as well.
As for your statement regarding Ellanse, can you share the information you found stating that it's "unsafe?"

Who did ur FFT procedure? And how long ago? It appears that there may be better advancements now in terms of keeping the fat alive via prp as well as purifying it and ridding it of impurities. This in turn may help the fat from either dissipating and or disappearing completely over extended periods of time.
I think fat is an unstable substance to have in the subcutaneous layer.
Unlike stimulatory fillers that produce collagen which almost grow into and cling onto your internal tissues, fat, when injected has nothing to hold it in place and more often than not will produce lumps. HA isn't a stimulatory filler but the lumps I've seen from that aren't nearly as bad as the lumps ive seen from Fat, perhaps it's because HA is a gel which makes it more pliable and it doesn't rely on blood flow. HA is more dynamic and seems to mould into whatever position/state your penis is in, and can be reversed with 24 hours.
The lumps from fat seem to much more severe, once the fat is moved or blood flow is obstructed which is almost inevitable the fat cells tend to bind together and go rock hard.
People who have fat complain about the unnatural feel, and often spend years trying to get rid of a lump only for another one to appear soon after.
I had MegaFill nearly 3 years ago, which is similar to FFT, when I talk to people who've had fat they have have the same problems I have.
If you do decide to have FFT, morgernstern is the best option because he has the best track record for dealing with lumps.
Whatever you choose, good luck?

I am still dealing with lumps. Reklaw is correct . Morganstern got rid of large one at base of shaft but still have at least two other small ones that can be felt Having really addressed them yet., since I'm getting EECP/ shockwave and endostim treatments for Peyronies. and erectile dysfunction. Also have a lump in my scrotum..it was from the first fat procedure . Puzzled to how it got there. I like the idea of fat ..but not reliable and costly..It's easy to say now. But I would have used Morganstern, Giunta, or Mata. If I had it to do over. But maybe I would have had same problems ..I don't think the 2 doctors I used are pushing the FFT procedure as much as they were ..since they mentioned other procedures to me . Dr Mata recommended voluma instead of fat if I had another procedure for what it's worth. Overall it looks and feels fine except for the lumps (which are not that noticeable ..but annoying) and the reabdorption
