I'm interested because I've got lumps of scar tissue all over my shaft, I've been using dmso for 3 months which has softened it slightly but 1 lump is so big I don't think dmso alone will that effective. Has anybody had any experience using Serracor or Xiaflex ? Another method I've been thinking about are steroid injections. Dr Oates recommended using Triamcinolone A10 mixed with 5 Fluroucil. Has anybody had steroid injections in the UK? I rang Roberto Viels office and asked his secretary weather Mr Viel would be able to inject me with Dr Oates's steroid formula, she didn't really seem keen on the idea and I got the impression she wanted me to have Kenalog injection, weather or not this would be effective I have no clue. If anyone would like to chip in and share their experiences I'd really appreciate it. Hi Reklaw, Kenalog is another steroid. If it is injected too superficially i.e. into the skin itself it can thin the skin, although that can Repair itself over time. It has been disappointing for PMMA. It can improve but because there are lots or little plastic Balls in there that are not going away there is a limit to the benefit. Maybe not the same issue with Cymetra. I think they happen as a result of filler dripping out the end of the cannula after the injector has finished in the area. So a little drop of filler ends up on it's own, though still attached to the rest. That's probably not the most coherent or accurate description, but it's hard to make sense of these things! I really think I have 2 small areas where scar tissue formed during the inflammation process, not "nodules". They are rubbery, not hard, and I seriously think they are integrated into the surrounding tissue, nothing that I could cut out as described. I have read that hypertrophic scaring can happen from dermal fillers at 2-6 weeks, and these became evident around 2-3 weeks. The dmso might have very slightly softened it ... but I've only used it a little over a week, 1-2 times a day. I'm going to try 3 times a day for at least another month. I've increased it to 90 percent as I had no irritation yet. I have a similar hard chunk under the skin but it's not noticeable like yours is. I can feel it and it gets somewhat noticeable upon Erection, which is ok with me. But Flaccid like the first pic, you're not supposed to be able to tell anything is in there. It could be that it clumped up in there. It's considered scar tissue anyway, just like all of ours with the collagen reaction.
