Are you aware of possible complications? Before deciding to do this you need to be absolutely sure you are fully aware to what you are committing to.

There are no decent permanent options in the US. Loria offers plain old silicone injections. The PMMA that is available in the US uses a bovine carrier that takes two weeks to absorb so isn't good for bioplasty.

Outside of the US Dr C isn't the only option. There is also Dr N in Prague and Dr Passy in Brazil.

So if Bellafil isn't permanent.... then neither is Metacril/Linnea Safe.

From Beallafil site. "Bellafill' is the only injectable collagen treatment with PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) microspheres approved for the correction of moderate to severe, atrophic, distensible facial acne scarson the cheek in patients over the age of 21 years."

From Real self doctor: "Bellafill is a semi-permanent Dermal Filler used for acne scars. The collagen provides immediate volume below pitted scars or nasolabial folds to lift them to the level of the surrounding skin. Results are immediate and long lasting. May last up to 5 years"

of a very small amount of PMMA or tiny (40 micron) beads that act as a bio-stimulant. They are non-resorbable. The rest of each syringe of Bellafill (90%)

Looks like nobody actually knows the permanency of PMMA.

There's nothing to toughen up lol. You can't just suck it up when something like that has been done to you by your parents. You sound like my father. You don't know me fully so it's hard to gage.

I am moving on by getting PMMA and I'm going to get the highest volume possible because Circumcised men can do it and uncircumcised men can't so I'm glad.

Didn't Wade say that PMMA is better for guys that are Circumcised? I saw how it looks on a Circumcised penis and am impressed so that's making me feel better. I'm in no rush to get PMMA, I tried Foreskin restoration and stopped because PMMA is better for cut guys anyway and now I just condition myself with regular PE daily.

Here's why I'm a little bit upset, I have not gotten even an apology from my parents. The way they go about it is what I don't like. Also I'm a bit taken back by the fact they pay for an expensive wedding for my sister that lasted a year. I told my family that the marriage wasn't going to work out but they yelled at me and said I know nothing.

They won't even chip in for PMMA when I start making money. I said that's the only thing that would make me feel better because it looks better on Circumcised guys and that if they chipped in it would make me feel a whole lot better but my dad in particular would say F off and that really steams my pot after they payed for a lavish wedding and my sister ends up cheating and they praise her.

All they talk about is how bad of a guy my sisters husband is and how he owes them money while I suffer in deep depression. My dad said what is this obsession with your penis, I should have said why were you so obsessed with my penis that you needed to cut me. It's like I bring facts to the table and I bring very legit reasons for being depressed and they are ignorant to it and that's what I don't like.

The name of this thread seems wrong. It mis-directs from the comparism that one might be looking for ...

Millions of parents in USA make a decision to circumcise their son each year, and it's not because they are obsessed with their son's penis.

It's also custom for the parents of the bride to pay for the wedding.

You can't really quantify a Dr's work and declare him the best. This board has a lot of Dr C patients so you can see the results he gets with various approaches and decide what you feel is best for you. That's the main adavantage with Dr C. For example, I've seen enough guys get 30% PMMA from Dr C to know it wasn't for me. I basically tailored my procedure as a consequence of the results I've seen here.

Bellafill is PMMA, but is uses a bovine based carrier which takes 2 weeks to absorb. The Brazilian PMMA products use a water based carrier that only takes a couple of days to absorb, so is better for biolplasty.

I plan to have HA injected by Dr. Heller soon. When I was in his waiting area there were a lot of guys coming in for Phalloplasty, and he has been doing it for many years already, however there are very little reviews on his work for this area. He does have many good reviews for other cosmetic procedures like breast augmentation, facial injections, liposuction, etc. I don't know of his experience with PMMA though, don't think he even does it. I would suggest try HA first before you go with a permanent filler like PMMA.

Why is the fact that you are Circumcised making you depressed anyway? I am also Circumcised, and while I wish I had a choice instead of my parents making the decision for me, it really is not a big deal. I spoke to many females regarding this topic and many of them prefer the look of a Circumcised penis.

You have three options:

Look, of course I do not know the dynamic of your family, but it sounds your parent's are more concerned with you gaining employment than with your Circumcision status and that bothers you. Honestly, if I did not have a job, my Circumcision status would fall WAY down the list of my worries. If you want to move south, go for it. You are an adult.

Realize that PMMA or silicone or fat injections are not going to be a magic solution to fixing problems you have with your body and with your parents.

Fix that issue first and then come back to PE.

I am curcumcised myself and I do wish I had the choice instead of someone doing it for me. I am not going to get depressed over it and whine to my parents for making that decision for me. I know that in their mind it was intended for my benefit. I am against Circumcision, but what was done is done so move on and don't circumcise your son if you have one.
