Well that's kind of true, and kind of not. A doctor couldn't remove only the silicone, but they can go in and basically scrape out everything between the dartos and bucks fascia, natural tissue included.

The result is apparently a functional and healthy penis. I posted a video in my topics if you search of a free fat Removal. It would like be similar but more complicated.

both sides of the border will have an element of winging it. but the last thing you should do is worry about it. if something happens you can have it removed. but you wouldnt have your liver taken out today just in case it goes yellow in ten years time right?
