Well JD may not have seen them Erect, but I have... and 100s... so 6 x 5 is pretty much what I think is average. I posted about this before as this topic comes up often. I used to even estimate what guys were and keep track of it (you can't turn off the crazy researcher brain - plus I like writing down who / when I hook up in case I get an STD or something). I could estimate relative to my own length and Girth. Over 100s of guys, it was 6 x 5 average.... and it is skewed up because sometimes guys would just be average but send me pics of huge dicks and I'd just hook up with them for that. I don't have much doubt that about 4.9" would be average. It tallies with most other studies I've seen and fits in with what most guys report on various different forums. Iyouve got to remember magnum condoms are for 5.4" Girth and above. It was bizarrre after decades of selling condoms the manufacturers weren't aware of what demand was and thus it makes sense to assume most guys must be between 4.5 and 5.4.

Girth number I've seen closer to 4.5. Magnum condoms are not much bigger than regular ones maybe .1 Inch in diameter

I don't believe these studies are ever done in the so-called "primitive" world like sub-saharan Africa! In west Africa, I think BPEL average is 6.5 and EG average is 5.5 Lots of guys with 7X6.
