At 3.8 MSEG I can fully understand why you are considering an enhancement. But only of you feel as if your life is really negatively impacted by how you feel about your
Girth.
However, at 18 I'd wait a few years. When I was 18 I had a procedure and it was the wrong the decision. At the time I felt like I couldn't wait any longer. Now at close to 38, I realize that I was way too young to take such a risk.
PMMA is a good option, but who knows where we will be in 5 years time. At 18 you are young enough to wait and find out. I know it's incredibly tough feeling inadequate, especially when you see all your friends getting laid and bragging about their conquests etc, but honestly patience is your greatest ally at the moment.
