Its helped I think move PMMA around from the clump, mainly it seems it was happening cause of retraction/Turtling. So far its looking good but i guess since PMMA hasnt settled i need to keep it wrap extended. fortunately seems ive managed to move a lot of it away from the glan and break down or smoothen the clumping big time. i guess ill wait a week or so to have any definitive say on this but so far so good. Ridge is really small, I feel it when soft, not when hard same as you. I have pumped last 3 days and left it open unwrapped at night and pretty much didnt put any wrap today either. So fortunately ive managed to settle the issue by and large. Ill get doc to break it next round like you did. the dryness of penis is setted too I put bio oil on it 2 days and its good now. PMMA is overall settled down too as I feel. going to wait 6 months till next round. Took car to SD and flew back to Canada...had another major surgery 6 days after. But what I didnt do was keep extended. Anyway I feel a bad ridge/collection on right side near glan underneath it and nearby it. Anyone got any solutions how to fix this? I can tell you that mine settled in about 8 weeks. The ridge was this there but nowhere near as bad as it was at the beginning. I knew it was there but I'm not sure what others thought of it, they didnt say anything. For me I it was probably more noticeable by feel when soft, but hard not so much. I had a second round this past week and Dr C was able to break down 95% during the procedure. I can feel one little spot but nothing I'm concerned with, it still smaller than before. I can say you have to stay on top of the post op procedures or there WILL be issues. My Dick feels like it been in a blinder from massaging hard spots out. My ridges were from retraction so i check that area alot. I will even pull on my Dick (through my cloths) while drving to prevent retraction.
