He is very knowledgeable and respected in this area of expertise. It is the only surgery he does regarding enhancement, but mainly for people with a issue like hidden penis and such... Probably the best to go to for that, although definitely not the cheapest. I think the consultation was $250 by itself, but he did answer all questions. Any thoughts on it? Most say that lengthening procedures are a waste of time. But I figured if Altar was doing it then it would prob be legit. HA is definitely in my future but if I have the chance to score an extra Inch (even if mostly Flaccid) I would love that. Add that in with pulling the webbing back and scrotal reduction and I'd be legitimately happy. Saw he offers a lenghtening procedure as well. I know he's one of the most respected docs out there so I figure if any lengthening procedure is legit it would be his.
