Why are you interested in something that is known to be so soft tissue destructive and cause complications for years? Do you know someone who had a good experience with it that has been ok for a long time? I think there is a guy in Miami that is not a MD that does it mixed with silicone but Ive seen too many hour stories about this. Im staying away and leaning towards the combined procedures offered by Dr. M in Miami. IN europe you can also get Macrolane and liquid silicone from numerous practitioners but its easy to see why it is not generally offered by MDs especially PS in the US.
