He's a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. I didn't see him about penile enlargement though. I saw him to get a second opinion about a lump I am having removed. Just a heads up though about him, he only works using a full general anesthesia and he's pricey. He's a great doctor though. It should be called: Penis EL shortening surgery... There is however, a Lig-cut surgery that in most cases has been proven to reduce final EL. Only very few lucky ones get some EL gains due to stretching NOT lig cut.... I've heard people claim that they end up with shorter length...so they go in for a lig cut and end up shorter? Is that actually what's happening? Are you saying that stretching works and lig cut is pointless? If stretched correctly are gains proven?
