All that I can come up with is I have no idea. Seemingly there are guys who have had positive results with these procedures, and then guys who have had absolute nightmares. From what I have heard it seems that Dr. C or Dr.N are the two front runners for this experimental type procedure. I say experimental because everybody is different and each person will experience different results with these procedures based on their anatomy and response to a foreign substance being introduced into their body. Like most of the people on this website I have many questions. I have heard a lot of talk about the percentage of PMMA used in sessions with clients. It seems to me that a lot of the people that have opted for 30% PMMA have had a lot of complications. However on the flip side I'm not sure that I've heard of a patient having one or multiple sessions of 10% having the issues that the folks doing the 30% procedures are having. In all reality I dont know much about all this. To be honest I'd love to be able to do a procedure because I am on the short end of things as well as on the thin side of them too. Its not a new thing for me, but as much as I hate how small and thin my Dick is, I like it aesthetically. If I could improve it without ruining it, I'd be all in, but Dick enhancement isnt like putting a set of silicone bags into someones chest, PMMA is dynamic in that it is just something where you have to let the chips fall where they may. And that is a scary proposition, every persons account will be different. I'd like to know if there are any people in this thread who have only had 10% through their whole experience and if that has been different than the people who have had 20% and 30% for their procedures. I had no complications from either round, but would stick with 10%. It is much easier to work with and the gains were not that different. Briceb has also done a really fabulous job looking at 10% vs 30% with respect to gains. You can only see that though with the membership, if I am correct. Smalljay seems quite right. 10% does seem to be the way to go if you care a lot about aesthetics. Your decision for 10 vs 30 is obviously going to be dependent upon your desires for outcome.
