I did not notice any significant difference. Round 2 was 19 cc 30%. It may a little firmer than the 10%, but still very soft and natural. I got mine at a low price because the doc I went to had been given a quantity for trials and he used some on me. I got 1" at the thickest point from 40cc. Doing collagen drink all day long each day for the next 6 weeks. The prp shot has helped. Still bruised but it sped the healing up. Little swollen but it should subside next week for me, if it follows like other rounds.
