Also, what about cortisone shot? Is it effective for dissolving scar tissue? I've read that cortisone can really soften ligaments at the place which injection was made. Interesting, unfortunately he uses a needle. I think using this technique you would be more likely to get an even result with no lumps but I think it would be more likely to move about. It's defiantly not reversible. Only HA is reversible. There isn't much we can do about the prices I'm afraid. That's why I'm not confident HA will ever really become that popular. I'm also not confident everyone will like the feel either. From my experience it's not that different to FFT, in that some people report it feels from and natural, while others say it feels spongey. It's strange that people would have such different experiences with the same product but they do. He is very very expensive. Did you have it done by him. If your body accepts it fine, but if not it can be pushed to the surface and form hardened white calcium-like platelets that look like herpes and take upwards of five years to dissolve naturally. Had to have them burned out with high power CO2 laser. Five sessions was enough, one every two weeks, starting over when the open wounds had healed. I won't get near the stuff again. Others may have a much better experience. Some people's metabolism may accept Radiesse perfectly well, mine rejects it. If you are envisaging it you might try it first in a test area somewhere on your body where you don't mind white specks at skin surface (ie where it won't look like a venerial disease). It's incredibly powerful stuff though. It's also $2-3000 per injection, and using it this way is off label. It may not be safe to use in the dartos in nodules of PMMA. It's meant to be used in the tunica in the peyronie's plaque. I am gonna email my Urologist about it though... there's not much else I can do about these nodules. Perhaps he'll want to do a 3-6 month course of routine Kenalog injections (once a month), but that hasn't been all that effective in the past for most people here. I know he's used Kenalog on fat grafting patients with nodules, so I guess he thinks it works on some level. You should probably double check. Radiesse is like having crushed up bone injected, that get encapsulated in collagen. I don't think any enzymes can be injected to make it dissolve or they'd be used routinely in other applications. If such enzymes existed then why is anyone concerned about scar tissue? You could just injecte Dr Greenwalds enzyme concotion and it would dissolve!
