I would say a healthy lifestyle is a must. After care, It is nothing new that if you take collagen and vitamin C, the better. I can recommend a high quality hydrolysated collagen (brand is "Great Lakes" from grass fed animals, very pure) and high quality C, like Acerola, Camu Camu, A'ai... Do not go for the pharmacy supplements, they are not absorbable, they are isolated and super processed and manipulated. Do not waste your money in that shit, I know what I am talking about as I work in a pharmacy. Get some superfood as I said above.
