I think it looks good and you should leave it. In terms of a natural appearance, in my opinion, you are close to the edge in terms of how far you can push it before it looks a bit odd. The wow factor isn't good if in part it's to do with an unnatural looking Dick. If I were you I'd move on from penis enlargement and focus on other, more important stuff.
