Nemeckova is certainly not the only doctor offering pmma in Europe. I've seen a web page of at least one Spanish surgeon who offers it. clinicadrcampos.com/aumento-pene-sin-cirugia/

there may be many others.

What really frustrates me is that there is 0 feedback about pretty much anyone. I am fluent in Spanish (and several other languages) but no matter how hard I search, there is no feedback.

Another thing with Nemeckova is that she is hard to get in touch with. She is not responding to my emails. And calling her practice and talking to a female Czech receptionist about penile enlargement in a clinic that mostly treats aged women is not exactly fun. Honestly, I'd rather fucking not.

If anyone here knows of another forum (whatever language it may be) where I can read more feedback about fillers please let me know (pm or whatever).
