In life we are generally taught to think for ourselves and it's sound advice. However, after decades of following guys researching PE procedures I can honestly say, that most guys aren't capable of thinking for themselves on this subject. I'm proof of that myself. Desperation for a bigger penis clouds are judgement. You need to recognize that you are "reaching" in order to find the conclusion you want to. That's not objective and with an issue like this you really need to be. He performed Phalloplasty on me in June, 2016. And let me tell you a few things. First, he literally gave me the ideal Erect and flacciid penis both in length and Girth from a woman's perspective. My fianc' can't even fit her hand around it and has screaming orgasms now. He increases the length by going BEHIND your penis and using the fat transfer technique to push it forward AND, the guy is such a perfectionist he makes your scrodum bigger too to match the new size of your penis do everything is balanced. I spent about 30-40hours researching Phalloplasty before I decided on the METHOD (silicone, implant, dermal fat transfer). Don't ruin your life-the ONLY satisfactory way to do this is a dermal fat transfer. Next, comes down to selecting WHICH plastic surgeon to do it. After spending another 20 hours researching surgeons, I chose Dr. Maercks for several reasons. First, he went to Duke University so he''s obviously smart. Second, if you watch his videos on realself you get to the point where it becomes clear this guy is not only very smart, he has a real passion for what he does. Third, since the KEY to Phalloplasty is to give you the most perfect penis possible.....symmetry of the way your penis looks is critical so -- that being said --- look at Dr. Maercks Chroniofacial experience which proved to me that if he can reconstruct someone's face, he can make my penis not only be big, but symmetrically beautiful. I already told Dr. Maercks I would be a telephone reference for him and have no problem sending before after photos. Dr. Maercks changed my life and the change is PERANENT since a stem cell dermal fat transfer of your own fat means the change is lasting. I have been made aware of these threads by several patients and can confirm for you that Jeph123 is indeed a real and very satisfied patient that I had recently had email communication from and is interested in helping others learn of my services. I would like to correct a point in Jeph123's post and that is that the term "dermal fat graft" does not apply to what I do. My procedure involves micro fat grafting ie lipoaspirate that is carefully harvested through a canula with very small holes and minimal processing. A dermal fat graft refers to taking a solid piece of dermis (the deep layer of the skin) along with subcutaneous fat in an en bloc manner. this has been done by many docs in the past with nearly universal disasterous results. It is perhaps a bit better than an alloderm procedure but never looks great and can frequently lead to fat Necrosis, calcification and unfavorable scarring. About twenty years ago a plastic surgeon named Bill Little popularized dermal fat grafting with facelifts but horrific results and complications made him abandone this in the face as well. Fat grafting is an incredibly powerful tool but must be performed carefully to avoid complications and deliver long term results. I have had the pleasure of 3+ year follow up with many of my patients and they remain satisfied with their enduring results. I recently performed a secondary fat grafting on a patient from two years ago because he was interested in more size but was very satisfied with his gains only wanting more. It is my philosophy to keep things conservative with Phalloplasty as most techniques can have horrific consequences. I am very much against PMMA and all product implantation including alloderm etc. I do perform minimally invasive ligament transection, but rarely because I think the results are so good without it. I comment more on this in a post that I just wrote in the lengthening section. I will respond to the posts that mention my name and am happy to be a resource in general to the members of this board. I will certainly answer all questions directed at me. I respect that the pics being confidential, I don't want my pic on the internet, even if some people say you won't be able to tell who the person it's still matter of privacy. He has really high positive reviews on realself and other sites, I seen some of the bad reviews also but some seemed petty complaints and was dated few years back not recent. I'm not promoting him or in support of him, but curious too see if anyone had experience with him. Once I get the cash later on I'll update here on supposed before/after pic and ofcourse if I feel comfortable after seeing pic then to tell all of you experience of operation. Double check on that but I think it is accurate. Also don't trust any cosmetic surgeon who doesn't show some pics of his work online - every other PE doctor does; and a Dick is a Dick - most people, maybe not all, have no objection and there are plenty of websites to prove it. The problem with FFT which is what he was offering at the time I checked him out - is that it always looks good right after - it is what happens after that that is the issue. If I recall reading one of the complaints was he was pressuring girlfriends or people in the office to write positive reviews of their experiences. Again it has been a while but I definitely recall something like that. Also he threatens you if you leave a bad review on him. This is one of multiple reviews citing the same issue (the negative reviews on him are scathing and none are for Phalloplasty which seems like a side business for him): Stay Away from this "doctor" This is a recommendation of a Real doctors who saw his plastic surgery work! Everything that he could have possible done wrong - he did, i have many problems some unreversable ,Dr. Rian Maercks has left me cripled, disformed and misarable & wants nothing to do with it!! He is a smooth talker, has thousands of fake fans on fb ( he pays fb to promote his page) but in reality he is a founy medical doctor, he doesn't even have a plastic surgeon certification... And also as another reviewer mentioned here on yelp, he has sent me the same "cease & desist" letter and has threatened me. His medical assistant & secretary Nasha P. Has written a positive review on yelp , however she works for him, as well as his girlfriend is writing positive reveiws here and other sites.. Where are all the real patients?! He has made my life a living hell, but he has guts to accuse me of his wrong doings! If anyone ever consider to have any surgical proceeders with him, please think twice, and don't believe everything he says , i want to prevent people from making the same mistake I've made by choosing the wrong doctor. Final thought: stay away from this guy. Your Dick is too important. The positive reviews for him on Realself are for things like Botox which my dog could do properly. I have been made aware of these threads by several patients and can confirm for you that Jeph123 is indeed a real and very satisfied patient that I had recently had email communication from and is interested in helping others learn of my services. I would like to correct a point in Jeph123's post and that is that the term "dermal fat graft" does not apply to what I do. My procedure involves micro fat grafting ie lipoaspirate that is carefully harvested through a canula with very small holes and minimal processing. A dermal fat graft refers to taking a solid piece of dermis (the deep layer of the skin) along with subcutaneous fat in an en bloc manner. this has been done by many docs in the past with nearly universal disasterous results. It is perhaps a bit better than an alloderm procedure but never looks great and can frequently lead to fat Necrosis, calcification and unfavorable scarring. About twenty years ago a plastic surgeon named Bill Little popularized dermal fat grafting with facelifts but horrific results and complications made him abandone this in the face as well. Fat grafting is an incredibly powerful tool but must be performed carefully to avoid complications and deliver long term results. I have had the pleasure of 3+ year follow up with many of my patients and they remain satisfied with their enduring results. I recently performed a secondary fat grafting on a patient from two years ago because he was interested in more size but was very satisfied with his gains only wanting more. It is my philosophy to keep things conservative with Phalloplasty as most techniques can have horrific consequences. I am very much against PMMA and all product implantation including alloderm etc. I do perform minimally invasive ligament transection, but rarely because I think the results are so good without it. I comment more on this in a post that I just wrote in the lengthening section. I will respond to the posts that mention my name and am happy to be a resource in general to the members of this board. I will certainly answer all questions directed at me. From the post I don't want to believe her since if you see her Yelp account it shows she only made one review only. That was a negative of him 2 times in a row one on 12/28/13 and the other 11/3/14. Something is fishy about that since that's almost a year apart, if someone did that bad of a surgery why would you go back again? I try to see if reviews are real if someone just created account to give one positive review, or all positive or all negative since then they would be considered somewhat fake reviews .
