Very good aesthetic outcome, just over .5" size gain. I did go back for round 2, but gained zero from it. So, basically, it is the same as how it was after round one. You can get lucky and not "need" to go back for another round. However, it is strongly suggested that you plan on needing a touch-up round in case there are any imperfections. I can honestly say that mine looks very good, with no major Nodule issues, feels smooth, looks good, that I can leave it as is now and never have to go back. But I want to get a round 2 for more size anyway. EG went from 4.7 to 5.2. I can see 2 little imperfections, but I had to point them out to my girlfriend for her to even notice. I told her I was considering a second round and she was strongly against it. I really don't want to risk any complications so Im going to take her advice and leave a good thing alone.
