 What do we know about collagen production? What does affect collagen production that can negatively and positvely result in larger or bigger gains?

Age

Positively:

???

How abut excersise? Testosterone? Different kind of vitamines? Collagen supplament?
Especially exersise is important for me as I work out 5 times a week normally. I dont smoke or drink and is only 26 years old, but I really want an ideal diet and vitamine routine after my procedures.

Does doctor C gives advice regarding this?
