If you speak to a doctor who recently has done some work on a board member here and this guy is the only member who has discovered this doctor in nyc who i actually spoke to a few years back wasn't doing Bellafill then seems fishy. @billy111 - yes definitely, pumping engorgement will last well for about 6 hours and still some effect 24 hours later. if you use a cockring it will last better. just be aware that the size you get 'in the tube' is never going to be what you are the minute you pull out. but you keep a good amount of the 'pump'.
