I agree with you 100%. I believe low testosterone is my problem. The doctor said my levels were normal and then told me that a 60 yr old's average was 600. He kept contradicting himself.

Honestly a 400 level for a 21 year old is ridiculously low. Especially for someone like me who goes to the gym 5 days a week and does not smoke or drink.

My levels were measured at 900 at 17. The levels are supposed to peak at 25 so I just don't know what's going on here.

I already saw 2 doctor's they said I am normal but clearly something is wrong I'm not getting morning boners at all or any erections unless I masturbate.

So right now I am working on solving the ed and low testosterone problem.

Then I will start the ads and do that for a couple of years. Then I'll get PMMA for the Girth.

I tried Cialis 10mg it didn't work for me. I had a soft boner. I can still get boners but they are not as hard, long or thick as they once were. Right now I am taking a complete break from sex, masturbation and porn for 3 months to see if that helps.

I have not been able to get a full rock hard Erection once. Before I was 5.1 inches Erect length and 5 Inch Girth. Honestly I was very overzealous with the pump, which was a huge mistake. I am very depressed about my size especially length and Girth. Now my Girth is much much smaller and my length is slightly smaller. If I can recover my length and get my Girth to 6 inches I will be a very happy man, with a good sex life.

You do NOT have a micropenis. Such a claim is both insulting to those who have micropenises and to those who lead relatively healthy sex lives with a 5" size. mc, have you tried viewing porn to see if that arouses anything? I don't advocate porn whatsoever, but in your case, it may help. Porn ruined me in as much that I couldn't get it up for a normal sex activity since it didn't stimulate me as porn could. again, try this only for a few days to see if it helps.

I really made made a mistake. I used 7hg of vaccum but for the most part I was between 5 and 7. I am at the Urologist's office he's being unhelpful. He's saying that there's no surgery that I can do. He says my testosterone levels of 400 are normal. They are not.

He just told me it's a shame that a guy my age can't get erections and gave me a card for a psychiatrist. A prescription for viagra also. That's ridiculous.

I'm getting a retest to confirm the levels.

The big issue here is that I can't an Erection.

I have no qualms about putting in the work for my gains. I am willing to use the ads for a couple of years before I get surgery.

But I just want an average length with big Girth.

I do not have anywhere near a mico penis however my size now is very small. The Girth is much smaller than before.

A lot of girls these days have the opportunity to sleep around a lot. So a guy really has to stand out if he's lacking in the size department.

The mistake I made before I messed up my penis was that I didn't use strap ons and toys with the girls I saw. Also my oral skills weren't the best. I still need to work on them.

However my first priority is to get to 5.5 Inch length and 5 Inch Girth. I need to have strong morning erections again.

Certain medications can interfere with nighttime erections. Other than that, it's not going to be possible to say much - you just need an exam & history by a Urologist. Maybe you have circulation issues or venous leakage...there are a lot of things that only a doctor can tell you.

For the rest of the post... yikes, yeah what SkepticalOne said. A micropenis is 1-2" hard...not what you have.

Maybe the levels are normal but something is seriously wrong. My size has retracted it's around 4.5 now and also I can't get an Erection that I can hold.

It's either the testosterone or the pumping. I hope it's not permanent

@microcock, I know what you are going through with thoughts of depression and lack of focus. I'm there now and trying to battle through it. It's difficult, but turn to some of the veterans on the board like messageman and GrandeSurgery.
The best advice I got was take a breath, step back, relax. Don't rush into anything and don't make over generalizations. That's what I did, and I'm trying to battle through it.

I am/was 5.5" EL with decent Girth. Average, but always wanted more. My primary issue was Flaccid, where I didn't have a consistent hang. When I was in bed with women, it made me feel self-conscious, if I wasn't hard. Lying naked would stress me out, if they turned over to feel me up. I always said to myself, if there was a surgery to correct this, I'd do it in a second. Then, the January GQ issue came out with Dr. Elist implant. Thought it was the answer to my prayers. Seemed so easy, almost trendy, with immediate Flaccid gains and eventual EL gains. The article was glowing. I did some research online to different sites (not this one), and his web site/You Tube. No red flags, FDA approved, 95% success rate. It was expensive ($12K), but thought well worth it. I made an appointment immediately, and had the surgery 3 weeks ago. Throughout the process, I heard what I wanted to and ignored concerns around data inconsistencies that should be tighter, given the impact of procedure.

There's alot of negative feedback on the implant, and this post isn't to go into the pluses and minuses. For some, it may give them the results they are looking for. After 3 weeks, for my own personal situation, I believe the risk of EL loss and silicone feel is greater than any potential gains I may get. As of now, I'm currently working with Dr. Alter on removing the implant and evaluating any other options. Already blew $13K on the first process and 3 vacation days, now will have to blow 4 more vacation days and incremental cost.

I've struggled focusing on my job, my friends, working out, etc. I have a date tonight, and really don't even want to go. That's not the right attitude though, and I have to fight my way out. Don't over generalize. You don't know that you won't get your original size back. You're guessing and defaulting to the worse case scenario. Don't do that. Stay positive! Penis is now like 3 inches semi Erect with awful Girth. It keeps shrinking more and more because I can't get erections. Even with a penile prosthesis I will never get back my original size and Girth. Realistically I am going to end up with 4 inches max. All of this is just from using a Penis Pump at 7hgs for 15 mins.
