But the patient claims he was not compliant in stretching, so who knows' Surely if this patent was done in 1991, there would be someone that would do it too' I have spoken to the top urologists in the world and they all can't get Erect gains. By the way Dr. Moore's patent is available online to all to read, so someone with medical training in surgery would know what he is talking about. To part with $25k PLUS hospital etc PLUS another 11k for Girth surgery, I don't think it is worth the risk. I still am a firm believer in fat injections, yes you have to go back again and again, but you have to go back multiple times with PMMA too and PMMA can cause all sorts of complications. I would steer clear of any Phalloplasty surgeon in Australia in my opinion. They don't have enough surgeries under their belt and they aren't from the Phalloplasty capital - America. We actually have some procedures for length, but the outcome is unpredictable. Loss of sense, loss of Erection angle, even impotency is possible outcome. I would say that the best and safest way for getting Erect length is by doing it manually. Start from stretching by hand, use extender many hours per day and eventually build up to Hanging routine. I've managed to get my BPEL from 18-18.5cm range to 19.5-20cm range by doing on and very much off PE exercises on past 5-6 years. Damn if I'd been more consistent and kept going on even a year in a row... I've spoken to his office several times & get very little info to convince me to part with approx $25 k. His lengthening seems to be based on Ligs cut, but claims a special process that gives Erect gains, BTW no other doctor in the world is clever enough to figure out this secret of his. His Girth enhancement is FFT, again with no information to convince me that he has improved on the procedure.
