I have even tried these myself but can't say that I'd gotten any gains. Atleast not yet. Tho members on thunders who've gotten gains on Girth have been on the routine for YEARS. One Inch / 2 or 3 years or something. I'm very afraid that there isn't anything that could be proven to work for everybody. It's a lot of trial and error and do it again and again and again till it gets frustratingly boring when it comes to manual PE. Atleast this is my experience of it. I've gotten 1.5 to 2cm length on my unit when doing on and off type of PE during past 6 years.
