In reality gains were minimal, if at all and complication rates were high. It seems easy to get published if you have the right qualifications. But who peer reviews this stuff? I spoke to Vladimir, Dr Djordevic's assistant about this technique and he just said it was no longer a viable option. I assumed that to mean several men had the lives ruined before they decided not to do it anymore.
