I was born with hypospadias and got corrected when I was a baby. Google search it if you haven't heard of it. I've come to find out that its not that very uncommon. I'm surprised on one else on here has it. One of the bad side effects with that is being born with a smaller peen and glans. I lucked out that I'm not micro but I am smaller and my glans and peephole don't look like every other guy. Any who that is not why we're here. I'm talking the cosmetic part of the ordeal. The surgery left me with a mangled chopped meat looking penis. On top of that bumps grow up the side of the shaft of the penis. On the top of the penis it looks fine but underneath just looks completely fucked up. Then i have a flap of skin on the sides that sticks out. Imagine pulling a piece of your skin up and it stays that way. My skin is permanently like that in that spot. This has ruined my sex life. I'm 28 years old and only been with 1 and a half girls. I say half because I never finished with the second one. she was my girlfriend for a year and we NEVER had sex. I think it was due to the look and size of my penis and she just stuck around because she was comfortable with me. What really sucks is she got pregnant 1 month after going back with her ex which I believe she was cheating on me with already. I've been searching for years on what can be done to fix this I knew it had to be a way. I was searching ugly penis problems online like I always do and I came across a post in yahoo answers. Theres actually a way to put a tissue expander into the penis for about 3-8 weeks to expand the good skin and then once the skin is stretched the cut off the botched area and connect the newly expanded tissue. The good news is this was performed on other hypospadias patients such as my self. This may seem a little over the top procedure to some but when I read this article its like this weight was lifted. Like there may be a solution to my problem that I though was hopeless. I think My summer will be filled with research of this procedure more and speaking with doctors that can perform this. Maybe use Pmma to smooth out any imperfect indentions underneath like they do in the face. I'm very excited about this. I've provided some pics below of my penis. first pic is of how normal it looks at the top and the rest is of all the imperfections I've mentioned above. This could really be a life changer for me. Thats makes me even more intimidated to show it out of fear that it looks so different to what their used to seeing hopefully this procedure fixes that. Pics below. Top looks normal Now underneath you can see the skin looks as if its sliced up and has this weird shape of the shaft and glans. Urethra hole is large and looks flat underneath with no real glans closure like a normal penis. Along the shaft has raised bumps on the sides and you can see that skin flap I mentioned on the ride side that pokes out. When soft you can see that its oddly shaped with this indention at the top. You can also see the bunched up piece of scarred skin poking from the side. Honestly I think you look fine and I really mean that. Unless size is a big problem I would avoid PMMA as the results are unpredictable in terms of aesthetics. Your penis looks more natural than many of the PMMA enhancements we see here. Dr Gary Alter is definitely the guy you should visit. He has worked on guys with really bad issues and has an excellent reputation. Since he does not do penis enlargements he is not discussed on this site that often but in your case he is the perfect person. I think he will discourage you from surgery since your penis looks pretty good, but he will let you know what options are available. Dr Reed in Miami is also an option, but I would stick with Dr Alter if possible as Dr Reed is getting pretty old. Avoid Dr Elist ! Keep us posted and Best of luck.
