Oh, moving is a separate issue. I hate it regardless. I am up to box #20...it just sucks. There's no way around it. And, I don't think the new place is that great. It has a weird floor plan that makes it look big - but when I actually measured, it's a lot smaller than my place...about 20% smaller. And it smells. I thought it was the tenant, but he moved out and it was cleaned - and it still smells like someone's body odor or mold.
I'm actually ok with the way 2 of the scars turned out...including one that I did on the lower left. I was just trying to show a comparison. The one that won't heal is just concerning me the most (with the yellow tissue inside). The others will probably flatten out more or fill in - i just don't know...but it sounds like they will.

I am going to lose my mind at this point.
The other sites look okay...but not great. The one in my deglove scar is invisible...and the one I did myself is nearly invisible.
I have no idea why my derm used silk Sutures as they are notoriously inflammatory and I was already having a foreign body reaction...now I have redness around all the suture sites with entry holes.
Has anyone here been through anything like this ever? I seriously can't deal with any more Dick problems.
VS. NORMAL HEALING
I wonder if that dent is permanent.

I can't postpone my move because of lease end and lease start dates. I'd give anything for someone to help me finish packing and bring some things over to the new place...It's so much work. My friends are all busy busy busy. I haven't moved in 3 years - mostly cuz I hate it so much. I never really liked my apt that much, but once I was here I didn't feel like moving. I don't even think I like the new place that much...but this place is getting insanely priced.

Yeah... for sure this is a problem. I was never ocd about my Dick before 2010 when peyronies started. Then, it grew slowly but never to the point I wanted 7" of Girth or something...it was mostly about getting back what I had. Unfortunately, this period has been dragging on since march 27....after already starting in 2010. At least it is very confined to one spot...but the uncertainty of how it will heal, if it will heal, if it will spread is making me very anxious. I can take my own vicodin...and that's a good idea - I might take it tomorrow. The problem is that cymbalta (which I am on) blunts the effects of everything, it seems. Soma is another seriously relaxing drug, but it stopped working when I started cymbalta. I asked for more benzos...they gave me more cymbalta...which continues to not do anything.

Holy shit...did he have the Necrosis like in those pictures where the whole penis is rotting off? Mine is about 1 cm x 0.5 cm....and the other spots are raised. So, it's annoying that I have (now) raised areas on the skin when before i had lumps under the skin. I guess they should go away... but I just feel like I never should've been in this position. Whatever I did in a past life to get peyronies at such a young age & then be one of the few people on this board with complications on top of it... i'd love to know...oh and then...getting it fixed in the usa (for $1200 so far) hasn't worked either! I keep saying to myself "you'll be normal by june" and "you'll be normal by july" and now it's "maybe august...or the fall..."

I had quite a bit of cautery at the end of the procedure to stop the bleeding, which surprised me given how small the area was...and I wondered if that added to the trauma there (red and bruised still). When I've had moles removed & even a lipoma (that was much larger and deeper on my back - my doctor said "I feel like a brain surgeon" during that...lol) - I cannot recall any cautery. It just was bloody for a while and I changed the bandages every couple of hours for the first day or 2. They cauterized my deglove scar, but that was a very big scar - like 3.5 inches...and I still have a hypopigmented burn from it (minor - but it's there). This Nodule excision was about 5mm I think...but now it looks big.
Well, I'm glad yours went back to normal...sounds like mine should too.The penis reduction line is great!
Here's the scar from the other side - it's healing perfectly!

This bottom right one was the biggest mistake since my entry point Nodule here wasn't that bad...and the stitch reaction and scar are much worse (at least now at 3 weeks ). Maybe in a few months it will flatten...

This is a slice of the Nodule magnified. The blue dots are nuclei of lymphocytes which is normal and leads to collagen building / fibrosis which produces Girth. The white dots are PMMA beads. There are some histocytes and multinucleated giant cells in this image, and other images have more. Each slice is a bit different...but this shows the packed PMMA beads which created the hardness of the Nodule. They should be spread out more, ideally.

My wound (from above) never closed so I went back to the doc & he debrided and stitched again (now 4 weeks post Removal). I hope the PMMA in the tissue isn't affecting the wound closure. He's leaving the stitches in 2 weeks this time...which will mean the wound is taking 6 weeks just to close. But, I think by mid - july... I'll be normal-ish.

The pic I was talking about was from one of the journal articles posted here where the whole penis basically rotted off because PMMA was injected in a blood vessel.
Anyway, I was posting now because I was seeing the Dermatologist again. He put some silver nitrate on that spot...not sure why...I think it breaks down the excess tissue so healthier tissue can grow.
- For the ridges caused by the Sutures - if these don't go away he commonly treats them with Kenalog
- For the dents - if this doesn't improve, he treats the area with TCA which flattens the neighboring skin and also stimulates collagen in the dent. It can also be fixed with some needling procedure
- For the suture holes and tracks - he thinks those should fade
Nothing to do for a month though anyway. If I was degloved, I wonder if my surgeon would've taken it all out or just cut the hard parts out. Maybe that would have been better than this piecemeal approach.
*Oh I should add the derm said it will NOT spread. That's bacterial-related Necrosis...or situations where it gets in blood vessels (which has to be directly injected) as we've seen in some journal article pics.

With regard to the white dots, I could be more precise. PMMA itself is clear, so you're just seeing light passing through where the PMMA is. But, yeah in general - it's similar to what you'd see with artecoll (maybe artefill too - it's hard to say exactly):

Not sure which pictures you mean, but his skin was dying. The photos are on here in his progress report, but I'm not sure it's ethical to point out which member it was, as it's then very easy to find out who he was. Though I doubt it will be a big deal to him as he's in prison for 20 years!
I've been going through what you are describing since 1997. I've literally lost count of the amount of procedures I've had to try and fix things. I've pretty much only got one option left and it scares the hell out of me as it's an invasive surgery with grafts. So many of my surgeries have ended is disappointment and often deformity, that it seems crazy to consider another, as I don't think my penis would hold up to more complications. But on the other hand I can't leave things as they are. I keep saying to myself "by this time next year this will all be behind you," but at the same time can't go through with booking the surgery as I've got a terrible feeling about it! Mentally it's a nightmare.
