They led you to the same Dr's, where you had the exact same problems! Chad had Alloderm with Rheinchild. Rheinchild actually only performed Alloderm for a short period of time and I don't think Chad ever had a formal business agreement with him. When he was doing Alloderm he wasn't working with Dan either, but TLE. So you'd have had to have Alloderm in the short space of time when Rheinchild was offering it, but not working with Dan or Chad. So it seems odd they would have led you to Rheinchild.

Then it would be a huge coincidence for both you and Chad to both suffer from hardening of the graft. Chad then had his removed by Krakovsky and you claim to have done the same. You also decided to have a dermal graft at the same time, the same as Chad, which is yet another coincidence. Then by way of yet another massive coincidence Chad got a bad infection, meaning the graft needed to be removed and so did you!

Chad went to Dr Elist for Removal and by coincidence, so did you. Chad complained that Dr Elist found Alloderm that was supposed to be removed and guess what, so did you! Chad formed a capsule of scar tissue and so did you!

The last forum incarnation of Chad I know of was under the username "Cecil". Cecil's location was "deep South." Now my US geography isn't great, but if I google "deep south" it comes up in wikipedia and lists Texas as part of that region. Also Chads wife left him, so it fits with you being single.

So you and Chad have had the same surgeries, by the same surgeons, in the same time period, with the same complications and are both single and living in Texas! It's almost as if you are twins, or even the same person!

Lastly Chad is a well known liar who would still try and deny he'd been caught out, even when it's painfully obvious he has been.

Would you like to speak directly, or define how you would like to prove how wrong and paranoid you are?

Fortunately, I don't care in the least what you think, nor who you think I am. I met Rheinschild in LA, did not want dermal graft scars, and so he reluctantly performed my alloderm surgery as a hired surgeon for a group in San Luis Obispo years later, with Dan in the operating room. The 'PE' community was much smaller then, and there were few alternative sources to turn to in trying to escape the 'downward spiral', despite my growing distrust for Dan and Chad. Dan subsequently referred me to Richard Wineland in Anaheim, and he was also present in that alloderm surgery. Chad later strongly recommended me to Krakovsky (who 'trained' under Rheinschild in SLO) for dermal graft reconstructive surgery. Krakovsky butchered a lot of people...including both Chad & I. Chad had reconstructive surgery with Elist...recommended me to Elist for my reconstruction...and asked me to join a class action suit against Krakovsky, which I declined to participate in, or contribute to, per his request. Dan later encouraged me to see a black retired military doctor (who later lost his license), and (even later) a doctor he was working with in Tijuana. I have had no dealings with either of them...by choice and design...in the years since then, instead focusing on trying to address and resolve my own challenges...with the help of websites like FrankTalk.org, a far more supportive...and much less paranoid...forum than you have turned PhalloBoards into. And before you go adding more '2s' together and turning me simultaneously into the second gunman behind the grassy knoll...that coincidentally happened in Texas too!...maybe you should try trusting the people you profess to want to help, and who have done no harm to you, or anybody else for that matter...or just stick with the 'private Dick' role you seem to enjoy playing more, and change your screen name to 'Castle2'.

A lot of people trusted you Chad and it ended very badly for them.

In you last incarnation as "Cecil" you also denied being Chad, despite there being a hell of a lot of coincidences!

Sorry to hear about your penis woes.

One of the leading specialists in IPPs is Dr. Eid in NYC. I believe he does virtual consults, so you could start there. Your situation is very complex...and I don't know anything about Elist implants. You could potentially have Girth enhancement with Dr. Casavantes in Tijuana, though with your scar tissue - that might be more complicated so you'd need to ask them. I think that is much safer than Dr. Elist, but I don't really know about the scenario you described with all of the stuff going on.

Some implants expand in length and Girth (the AMS LGX), but Eid doesn't like that one. My own Urologist also doesn't like that one. They both use Coloplast implants and find them more reliable.

Depending on where you are, you might just want to consult a male sexual function specialist / Urologist and see what info you can get.

Hunky, The alloderm (Rheinschild) hardened, and caused consistent discomfort. The Dermal Grafts (Krakovsky) were placed over unknown remnants of alloderm, and simultaneously absorbed (causing retraction) and created a pocket for major infection between the Dermal Grafts and partially necrotic alloderm. Dr Elist did a great job of removing all the alloderm and Dermal Grafts, however my penis was severely compromised and I developed a biofilm infection on his silicone implant that was helping to stretch my severely retracted penis back out of it's 'shell', necessitating it's Removal, more retraction, and loss of sensation. Not 'pretty'...trust me! PMMA seems like a popular PE 'agent' on this website, however I am left to decide between an IPP only approach, or combining an IPP with Dr Elist's seemingly more viable silicone implant as a 'blocker' aimed at preventing retraction, and hopefully adding a little Girth in the process. I am a single dad in Texas who has spoken nothing but the truth, and neither harmed nor imposed on anyone. FrankTalk.org is a very positive, constructive, and supportive website. Thank you, Restoration. A good friend of mine on FrankTalk.org (which specializes in severe ED discussions, including IPP doctors) also recommends Dr Eid. I am meeting later this month with Dr Elist, and will try to set up a 'cyber consultation' with Dr Eid. Another concern I have is that I am still in my 50's, and I worry about the 'life expectancy' of an IPP, relative to my own personal life expectancy...and sure don't want to go through this twice. I am praying for a happy ending to this 'horror story'! Again, thank you for your encouraging thoughts and words.

Perhaps you should be more direct, and I thought we were on PhalloBoards. I have posted honestly about each of my failed PE surgeries, while neither advocating, nor attacking, any of the doctors involved, as 'going negative' isn't going to improve my condition, nor help any of the men here. I have a decision to make. FrankTalk.org has been very helpful in this regard and, as I stated in a prior post here, I hope for the same from PhalloBoards, given what I understand to be the objective of this website/support group.

I am also very sorry to hear your situation. As someone who has recently had a dermal fat graft removed, and still healing - I can't imagine alloderm, dermal fat grafts and silicone going in and out of my penis.

Do you mind me asking what caused the most trauma to your penis - the insertion operations or the Removal operations? Also with the alloderm and the fat graft was graft death the reason for the Removal? I am asking because I am still healing and trying to stay positive.

I wish I had something to add about Elist but I only know him from this board.
