Went today and had 2cc's added and I cannot believe I did not do this sooner. A little bumpy right now but it's just like it was last week. He talked about the shot for glandular enhancement but that would have to be at his office on Madison Ave. that is where he can spin the blood. I will do that when I have the last 2cc's added.

They obtain blood serum from your own blood, 2 tubes, spin it down/ separte plasma from platelets . Numb penis with cream for 45 mins, right after the injections all of the serum (I think ends up being 5 -7injections of your own serum) one injection does go into the base of the gland and is therodized to also enhance with the immuno response reaction, after injections you immediately pump for ten minutes. I was amazed at the immediate size of your penis, it's really unbelievable, unfortunately it's all immune response, the theory is collagen is suppose to begin to build over a few months while you pump daily( this is a must).

My first goal was flaccid enhancement, (my erect girth and length I am very content with and fortunate ) I went from 4 inches flaccid girth to 41/2 inch flaccid girth ,The amazing swelling dissipates over a couple days, I never feel injections from numbing cream used while procedure is being performed 6 months post 1st injection, 3 months post 2 injection still maintaining 4 1/2 flaccid girth of course would like thicker but weighing options.

There is a member here who had the lig cut with Dr Heller and he seemed to do a good job.

But my choice would be Gary Alter. He could cut the ligs, take care of the scrotal webbing and reduce the fat pad all in one surgery.

It might also be worth contacting Dr Reed in Miami. He does scrotal webbing reduction with a V/Y incision. He might be able to cut the ligs through that incision and perform some lipo. Hunkdory had surgery with him and was pleased with his work. He seems to be very well priced. I'd guess he' cost half of what Alter would charge.

A 7" Girth with your length is a terrible idea. I can't see how you can be concerned about a lig cut scar, but not by the idea of having a 4" long penis that is 7" in Girth!

Have you tried pumping and Cialis? That combination does wonders for your Flaccid hang and this often leads to a dramatic improvement in your mental state. If you pump every day, for 20 mins, after a few weeks, your Flaccid hang is massively better and stays like it for 24 hours, until you pump again. It's a simple method, which most people dismiss, but honestly, the results are fantastic. Most people judge pumping based on their Erect gains and how long the last for. But Flaccid hang gains are much easier to achieve and last much longer. For me, pumping is a massively under rated tool for guys who turtle and feel self conscious about their Flaccid penis. I don't even manually pump, I use an electric water filter, so do no work! I just sit back and chill out for 20 mins. I can't understand why anyone would want to manual pump.

It looks absolutely fantastic. Congrats. My dr does not go as deep with the needle and only does about 1/8 cc with every "stick" of the needle.
Does he provide the lidocaine? Mirza does not for my Belotero shots. Not painful but sometimes it is a definite pinch!

Mirza is awful and it is laughable that he says he is the best in the world. He has no technique, just sticks a need in your Dick and injects little bits of HA here and there. 4 shots - I forget what the volume of the shots are, 1 cc I think, will do nothing for you. I blew 6k on him and had it all dissolved myself. I take it you are a New Yorker as am I, I was excited to go local but there are no good options in NY.

Congrats. 3cc's seem like a good amount. How much did it cost you? Did he have 3 different syringes filled with a cc each or just one syringe with 3 cc's?

After doing 6cc's by yourself would you stop or continue?

Bellafill? I thought it was belotero.

I gave his number and WhatsApp. He charges $400 a cc for bellafil abd 350 a cc for juverderm. He diesnt have before and after photos.

I've gained 3/4" in length. I did not measure my Girth before I started so I can't state the exact growth, but that is the truly noticeable improvement.
