I mean, I am 8" long and would love to bump it up to 9" if I could, but I am certainly happy with what I have and do not see any true benefit to having lengthening surgery. That being said, if you are looking to increase length via surgery, by all means, stay away from Elist. You will more than likely end up shorter than you started.
