But it was no big deal. They patted me down a bit, and sent me on my way. The same thing happened the next time I flew, and I didn't have the silicone sleeve on. Apparently, the airport scanners don't like my penis. The PMMA beads themselves are micro in size and aren't clumped up due to separation by carrier or collagen (depending on where you are post-op) and thus should be undetectable. No problems at all. If they do the scan with your arms above your head, they will see it, but might not ask about it. My scans were only the walk thru ones.
